Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FleetEMP LLC ("FlipYouOff," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with the FlipYouOff mobile application and related services (the "App").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. This Privacy Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect the information you give us directly, including:

• Account information — your first name, last name, and email address when you create an account, and a password. Passwords are stored only in a hashed (not human-readable) form by our authentication provider.
• Prompts and inputs — the text descriptions and style selections you enter to generate images.
• Communications — information you provide when you contact us for support or otherwise reach out to us.

Information Collected Through Your Use of the App

When you use the App, we and our service providers may also collect:

• Generated content — the images the App creates from your prompts. Generated images are stored on your device and are not retained on our servers beyond what is needed to deliver them to you.
• Usage and acceptance records — for example, the date you accepted our Terms & Conditions and basic records of your activity in the App.
• Device and technical information — such as device type, operating system and version, app version, and language settings, to the extent your device and our providers make it available.
• Network information — such as your IP address, which our hosting and AI providers may receive when the App communicates with them.

Device Permissions

The App may ask for permission to save images to your device's photo library so you can keep the images you generate. The App uses this permission only to save images you choose to save.

The App does not access, read, collect, or upload the other photos or media already in your library. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App, including creating and managing your account and generating images from your prompts;
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• Monitor, moderate, and enforce our Terms & Conditions, and detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, security issues, and prohibited content;
• Respond to your support requests and communicate with you about the App;
• Maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve the App; and
• Comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

How Image Generation Works

To generate an image, the App sends your prompt and style selection to our backend, which forwards them to a third-party artificial-intelligence provider that produces the image. Your prompts are processed to deliver this feature and may be retained by us or our providers for a limited period to operate, secure, and improve the service and to enforce our Terms.

Please do not include sensitive personal information, or information that identifies a real person, in your prompts.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:

• Service providers — we share information with companies that help us operate the App, including our cloud hosting and database provider and our AI image-generation provider. These providers may process information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety — we may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our Terms & Conditions; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
• Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your direction — when you choose to save or share generated images, you control where they go.

Data Retention

We retain account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App. We retain prompts and other records for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including security, moderation, and legal compliance.

Generated images stored on your device remain there until you delete them or uninstall the App. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data Storage and International Transfers

Account information is stored on servers operated by our hosting provider, and our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries. Privacy laws in those countries may differ from the laws where you live. By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in those locations.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.

Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, update, or delete it, to request a copy of it, or to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights may arise under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the European Union and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You can review and update your account information in the App. To request access to, or deletion of, your account and associated personal information, contact us at support@fleetemp.com. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@fleetemp.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services to function, and generated images you choose to share may be handled by other apps or platforms. This Privacy Policy does not cover the practices of those third parties, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as posting the updated Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "last updated" date shown above.

Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the App after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
